What is a Residential Lease Agreement
A Residential Lease Agreement is a lease agreement where a Landlord leases an immovable property or a part thereof (for example a house or a flat or even a room), to a Tenant. The Tenant uses the property for residential purposes.
When do I need this?
Whenever the property or part thereof will be used by the Tenant for residential purposes.
Do I need a legal expert to assist?
Over the years the terms in Residential Lease Agreements have become (to some extent) standard and are governed by the Rental Housing Act. The need for a Lawyer will only be required if you want to insert terms that deviate from the standard lease agreement.
