What is a Services Agreement?
A Services Agreement is a legal document that is used to appoint another person or entity to render certain services as stipulated in the Services Agreement. The Services Agreement generally includes financial aspects relating to the provision of services as well as the respective rights and obligations of the parties.
When do I need this?
It is a good idea to make use of a Services Agreement whenever one person wants to appoint another to provide certain services. The Services Agreement ensures that what is expected from one another is addressed at the beginning of the contractual relationship and that future disputes relating to the obligations of the parties are avoided.
