What is a Copyright Licence Agreement?

When you licence copyright to another person, you provide that person with a right to use the work that is subject to copyright in accordance with the Copyright Licence and applicable laws.
When do I need this?
If you only want to provide a right to use the Copyrighted Work, then you must use a Copyright Licence Agreement.
